  • are done "trying" things and want to work with an experienced professional to CREATE A PLAN for your goals.

  • know that nutrition and lifestyle are MAJOR HEALTH FACTORS, but are overwhelmed by information and want guidance on what is right for YOU.

  • want to get organized and learn to advocate for yourself to be PREPARED WHEN WORKING WITH MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS.

  • want to build health RESILIENCE so you are more in control of your health and wellness.

  • want to understand the ROOT CAUSES AND TERRAIN OF YOUR BODY, instead of only chasing symptoms or illnesses

  • want to explore how MENTAL AND SOCIAL FACTORS influence your health and symptoms.

  • are not a current client.

First Steps Includes:

  1. Strategy Session (25 min get to know each other to see if we are a good fit)

  2. Timeline Session (1-2 hrs) - We will take the time to listen to your story and pain points to create a program that starts where you are and works to support your unique self.

  3. 1:1 Nutrition Session (1-2 hrs) - We will discuss your goals & direction, initial analysis, and any recommended follow-up.

  4. Functional Nutrition Matrix and Timeline - PDF Overview of how your systems work together & health history at a glance.

You will also receive: 

  • Access to our app-based food and lifestyle journals and resources.

  • 7 day Unique and Targeted Meal Plan

  • Personalized Food, Lifestyle, and Supplement recommendations

  • Access to nutritionist between sessions via in-app chat or text.

  • "Welcome to the App" program to learn more about our approach and app navigation/troubleshooting.
