First Steps Includes:
Strategy Session (25 min get to know each other to see if we are a good fit)
Timeline Session (1-2 hrs) - We will take the time to listen to your story and pain points to create a program that starts where you are and works to support your unique self.
1:1 Nutrition Session (1-2 hrs) - We will discuss your goals & direction, initial analysis, and any recommended follow-up.
Functional Nutrition Matrix and Timeline - PDF Overview of how your systems work together & health history at a glance.
